The Level Up project was submitted in May 2022 as part of a competition launched by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HADEA) - European Commission.

The Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce was invited to join a partnership consisting of 7 countries (including Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Finland). The project partnership consists of training institutions, representatives of universities, business environment institutions. The implementation of the project, as envisaged, begins in January 2023, at which time the consortium agreement for the project subsidized by the European Commission was signed.

The full name of the project: "LEVEraging knowLedge of training providers in UPskilling and reskilling of SMEs' managers and employees towards empowering their digital transformation".
