The Pomeranian Arbitration and Mediation Centre is a joint mediation and arbitration centre for Pomeranian entrepreneurs, established by eight of the largest organisations associating entrepreneurs in Pomerania.
The Centre's task is not only to conduct business mediation itself but also to create a climate in the business community for resolving business disputes through mediation before a case goes to court. Such a settlement concluded before a mediator can be approved by the court and has the effects of a legal court judgment.
