Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce

The Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce was established to combine the business opportunities of the region with the needs of the market. We are a partner in building strong enterprises, active self-government and science cooperation with business.

 

Our experiences allowed us to create an ecosystem for business. A friendly environment for the economy based on knowledge and modern technologies.

 

We are the most active and dynamically developing organization in the region. We integrate companies having similar approaches, missions and beliefs. Together we take care of the local community and business efficiency.

Our mission

is Pomorskie. It is a perfect place, both for living and making business. As the Regional Chamber of Commerce, we support the local economy, focusing on integration, exchange of ideas and education.

 

We consistently co-create the development strategy of the region with local governments, building a platform of mutual actions and experiences integrating businesses, local governments and communities.

 

We take good care of international relations and we engage in global projects, based on proven experience and knowledge of our experts. Together we do our best to respond to the market needs. We look- into the future with vision.

Damian Mucha

President of the Management Board, General Director

A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk and Postgraduate Studies in Law and Management and Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations at the Faculty of Management of the Gdańsk University of Technology. Founder of the Pomeranian Business Incubator Foundation. Experienced manager - performing several tasks in the area of business cooperation, territorial self-government units and NGOs. He has a wide, updated knowledge in the area of management and organisational functioning, resulting from advising companies and institutions in the area of EU funds, obtaining grants for educational and training purposes, associating business partners and analysing the organisation's development opportunities.

Adam Protasiuk

Vice-President of the Management Board

A graduate of the University of Gdańsk with a degree in Economics. Co-founder of the Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Commerce. President of the Management Board and Member of Supervisory Boards of many companies on the regional market: SESCOM S.A., GPK sp. z o.o., NAGPROT Sp. z o.o., LUPIN ENERGY PL Sp. z o.o., BP-ENERGY Sp. z o.o. Partner in European Advisory Holding Sp. z o.o. A member of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation for the Support of Culture and Education and the President of the Polish Arms Tradition Foundation. An expert in the field of economy, willing to share his experience and knowledge in the field of economic and legal advice.

Ireneusz Pawlowski

Vice-President of the Management Board

Legal adviser and mediator, experienced business lawyer, specialised in commercial and corporate law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Currently, in the course of preparations for the opening of his doctoral dissertation. He completed, among others, postgraduate studies "Practical Aspects of the European Integration" at the Polish Academy of Sciences and has undergone many training courses, including: "Strategic planning' at Harvard School of Public Health. Founder and President of the Pomeranian Arbitration and Mediation Centre. A jury member of Business Chooses Mediations. Founder, Managing Partner and Legal Counselor in Pawłowski Skromak Law Office.

Przemysław Sola

Member of the Management Board

Economist, a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk and the Academy of Banking. He has 9 years of management experience gained both in local and nationwide organisations. He co-founded and managed a network of academic business incubators in Pomerania, where he supported the implementation of almost 1000 business projects from the academic community. He ran the Tri-City Accelerator for Business Link start-ups. He was actively involved in numerous initiatives supporting the development of the so-called start-up ecosystem. Currently, he runs the Aligo Venture Capital investment fund.

Magdalena Raczyńska

Member of the Management Board

Graduate of political science at the University of Gdansk. In 2010 she completed postgraduate studies in EU project management entitled. "Regional Development and EU Structural Funds. Project Management". She has 11 years of experience in the implementation and coordination of projects subsidized by the European Union. Holds project management certifications, including Agile PM® Foundation, Prince2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, Scrum Master Certificate in Project Management. He has been an employee of the Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.

In 2017-2019 as the CEO of RIGP. Member of the European Policy Research Institute, where he currently serves as Director of the Office of Foreign Cooperation and Projects.

 

Sławomir Halbryt

President of the Council

M.Sc. in Technical Sciences. Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics at the Gdańsk University of Technology. He holds the "Project Manager" certificate of the International Project Management Association (IPMA Poland), President of the Council of the Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce, founder and president of Sescom S.A. a provider of facility management services e.g. shopping centres in Europe. He is also the president of the Management Board of the Baltic Centre for Technology Transfer S.A. and Project Evolution sp. z o.o. A speaker at conferences devoted to business issues and project management.

 

Specialisations: Facility Management, ICT, project management.

Rafał Szordykowski

Vice-President of the Council

Legal adviser runs a law firm specialising in providing services to entrepreneurs and resolving business disputes, in particular, those related to liability for damages, insurance, combating unfair competition. He advises capital companies and members of their authorities on civil liability of D&O managers and insurance. A mediator conducting judicial and extra-judicial mediations in commercial matters. Co-founder of the Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce and vice-president of the first board of the Chamber in 2008-2010. Winner of the competition "Forbes Professionals 2012 - Public Trust".

Maria Wasiewicz – Galińska

Vice-President of the Council

Director of the Vocational Training Centre "Nauka".

Pedagogue, Germanist, director of primary and secondary schools. Since 2001, director and owner of the "Nauka" Vocational Training Centre in Tczew. CKZ "Nauka" is a small private enterprise, comprising several schools operating as public institutions. In total, these schools educate around 1,000 pupils and listeners per year. The "Nauka" CEC also operates a lifelong learning programme, providing pedagogical, psychological and professional advice.

Maciej Kita

Member of the Council

Director, Member of the Management Board of EUROPLASTIC POLSKA Sp z.o.o., which operates on the plastics market. It was established in 2005 as a result of many years of cooperation with people involved in the sale of plastics and production of finished products. Taking care of the natural environment and being aware of the need to recycle waste, regranulate is produced. The production is based in 100% on secondary raw materials. The main products produced are pots used in nursery and gardening. The company is developing, and new, innovative models of flowerpots, which meet the requirements of the customers, are being shown.

Paweł Walas

Member of the Council

Corporate Credit Advisor responsible also for business development. A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Gdańsk School of Banking and postgraduate managerial studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, College of Management and Finance in Warsaw.

He started his professional career in 2009 with EFG Polbank as an advisor on mortgage loans. He co-created and implemented development programmes. He has been working for the Veritas Financial Office since its establishment. He specialises in obtaining financing for companies without and with financial guarantees. He has extensive experience in investment loans, the establishment of special purpose vehicles and financing based on business plans. He draws his attention to the real estate market and analyses of the profitability of investments for developers.

Grzegorz Gosk

Member of the Council

President of the Board, founder and originator of the Association of Polish Business Clubs, which operates throughout Poland. Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk. He has been involved in direct sales for fifteen years, currently holding the position of Sales Director at STBU Brokers Insurance. He is the founder and founder of the Direct Sales School and the author of the book Direct Sales Workshop. He is the founder of the Association Business in Kashubian, which promotes local entrepreneurs and runs charity activities. He is passionate about sailing and triathlon. The promoter of a healthy lifestyle and spending free time outdoors. He takes advantage of the proximity of the Tri-City Landscape Park using it for sports activities and in the winter he swims in the cold water of the Gdańsk Bay.
