Training of soft and hard competences

 

Raising your quali­fi­ca­tions is one of the best ways to incre­ase your chan­ces on the labor mar­ket. We orga­ni­ze tra­inings for employ­ees and unem­ploy­ed people, incre­asing com­pe­ten­ces both soft, inter­per­so­nal and hard skills. When orga­ni­zing tra­inings, we are guided by the highest stan­dards and we make sure that this gained know­led­ge always trans­la­tes into the faci­li­ta­tion of fin­ding a right job for a can­di­da­te.


Preparation of an individual action plan

 

Unemployed people who  can always apply to us rece­ive an impor­tant tool, an indi­vi­du­al action plan. After a series of meetings with the experts a sum­ma­ry of streng­ths, weak­nes­ses and pre­di­spo­si­tions to selec­ted pro­fes­sion are being pre­pa­red. Thanks to this, spe­ci­fic infor­ma­tion is obta­ined, regar­ding are­as for impro­ve­ments and the most suita­ble employ­ment pla­ce for a can­di­da­te in order to be a suc­cess­ful employ­ee.


Organization of internships and apprenticeships

 

Experience is the best teacher.  That is why we are inten­si­ve­ly deve­lo­ping our intern­ship and appren­ti­ce­ship pro­grams for job seekers and stu­dents. Thanks to the know­led­ge  abo­ut the local mar­ket and enter­pri­ses, we orga­ni­ze up to seve­ral hun­dred annu­al intern­ships. This is a uni­que oppor­tu­ni­ty to gain valu­able expe­rien­ce in the new indu­stry and a suc­cess­ful start on the labor mar­ket. Until 2018 we have orga­ni­zed intern­ship for over 500 unem­ploy­ed people and 539 intern­ships and appren­ti­ce­ships for voca­tio­nal scho­ol stu­dents and tech­ni­cians.


Shaping the local labor market

 

Our experts sit in advi­so­ry and deci­sion-making bodies in the area of labor mar­ket — deter­mi­ning the shor­ta­ge pro­fes­sions, so-cal­led “Future occu­pa­tions” and scho­ol edu­ca­tion trends. We talk with entre­pre­neurs asso­cia­ted in the Chamber and we know what kind employ­ees are needed in the Pomeranian Voivodship and will be needed in near futu­re.
